Attaching a final summary form and finalising a collection

Once a collection is ready to be finalised, select the collection from the list on your ‘Collections submitted to me' page and choose the ‘Attach form’ button. You will then need to upload the final appraisal summary form to attach it to the collection. You can use a summary form developed by your school, centre or organisation or use the Arinui final summary form available for download from the left-hand menu when your 'Endorser' area is accessed. 

We recommend using a PDF file but other files types do work.

Once a final summary form has been uploaded and attached to the educator's collection, choose the ‘Attach form’ button again to replace the attached file or choose the ‘Complete’ button to finalise the collection. Once this action is confirmed, the educator will see their status change on their dashboard. They will also have access to the final summary form.
