Change an educator’s collection status

If an educator has accidentally submitted their collection to the wrong endorser or the endorser they submitted to has left your school, centre or organisation midway through the cycle and a different endorser needs to be chosen, the overseer can change the status of the educator’s collection.

To do this, access your overseer area by choosing ‘Overseer’ from the drop-down menu to the left, above the left-hand menu. When you first log in, the default option will always be ‘Educator’.

Within the 'Overseer' area, you will see two options for each year your school, centre or organisation has been using Arinui: ‘Educator overview’ and ‘Manage links’. To change an educator’s collection status, choose ‘Educator overview’ for the appropriate year.

You can only change the collection status if the status is currently ‘Submitted’ or ‘Released for revision’. Select the educator's collection from the list then choose the ‘Reset state’ button, found below the entries which make up the collection - you may need to scroll to see this. Once you confirm this, the collection’s status will change to ‘Active’ and the educator will be able to resubmit their collection, choosing a new endorser in the process.

If a collection has the status ‘Complete’, you will need to contact info@arinui.com or the live help desk near the bottom-right of the screen when logged in to Arinui to have the status changed.
