My teachers struggle with technology – how can they get help?

Arinui is an easy-to-use online tool. There is support embedded in the tool to help educators navigate and make sense of the tool. Sometimes we need a little more; that is where our technical team can help. We have a live help desk available for all Arinui users from Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5pm. Queries can be logged after hours and our team will come back to the person with an immediate response the next working day.
