We have developed our own teaching as inquiry templates and reflections. Do we have to use the Arinui ones?

No. We have provided templates for educators to use but Arinui has been designed to support processes that are currently in existence in schools/organisations while providing guidance for high-quality appraisal. Therefore, you can use your own templates and upload these into Arinui.
