We use the Spirals of Inquiry model – does that work with Arinui?
Yes. Arinui is designed to work with many models of inquiry.
The inquiry model in Arinui has three sections which align perfectly to the Spirals of Inquiry
- Identify a focus – scanning, focusing, and developing a hunch
- Describe teacher learning and action – new learning, taking action
- Monitor and Evaluate - checking
While we provide an inquiry planning template within Arinui, you can also bring any inquiry planning documents in to Arinui on p.6 of the Teaching as Inquiry and Leading as Inquiry reflective modules. Many schools and organisations find this useful to ensure that Arinui works for their context as it complements and enhances their existing professional growth cycle and inquiry processes. Talk to your Arinui consultant to find out how we can customise Arinui to suit your preferred inquiry model.
