Access completed collections

As an overseer, you have access to the 'Educator overview' area of Arinui for your school, centre or organisation. To access this area, log in, then choose 'Overseer' from the drop-down list above the left-hand menu. When you first log in, the default selection here will be 'Educator'.

On the 'Educator overview' page, you will be able to see a list of all educators in your school, centre or organisation and the status of their collection for that year. If your school, centre or organisation has used Arinui for multiple years, you will see the different years in the left-hand menu. Choose the year's 'Educator overview' you wish to view.

You can select each educator to see: their collection status, who the collection was submitted to and when - if it has been submitted at the time, and for finalised collections, all the entries which make up the collection and the attached final summary form. You can select each of these entries to view them in detail. Each selected entry will open in a new browser tab.
