View submitted collections and final feedback

You can only submit one appraisal collection per year, but you can keep track of your submitted appraisal collections over several years, by choosing the ‘Submitted for appraisal’ option from the left-hand menu.

To see a collection you're interested in, select it from the list on this page. You can open each entry to view it in full by selecting the entry title. Each entry opens in a new browser tab.

To view the appraisal form associated with a finalised collection, choose the ‘View final feedback’ button at the base of the collection. You may need to scroll to reach this button. If the button is greyed out and disabled, this is an indication that the collection has not yet been finalised. The status of your appraisal process is also indicated at the top of the collection details.

You can also access your final feedback form above your dashboard when the appraisal has been finalised. You’ll see the status of the collection above your dashboard. If that status reads ‘Final report complete’, you’ll also see a ‘View final feedback’ button to the right which can be used to access the final feedback form for that year’s collection.
